随着大学生的就业越来越难,大学生的职业价值观教育培养也被各大院校开始重视。在如此严峻的就业形势下,高职院校应正确认识学生职业价值观的现状,在对高职院校大学生做就业创业的培训教育时,应重视对毕业生的职业价值观的培养,建立系统的就业创业学习体系,加强师资力量对毕业生就业价值观的培训,并帮助提高毕业生的创业职业素质,促进他们成功就业创业。
