本省今年農業稅夏徵工作,雖因各地天旱缺雨,夏田比去年普遍减產,但由於各級黨政重視領導和廣大幹部的積極努力,並適當照顧了各地的災情及時進行了夏徵預繳,所以,已獲得了初步成績。截止九月底統計,已完成了夏徵入倉任務的百分之九九點二五。現在已至秋徵季節,全省秋徵任務佔全年任務的百分之二六點二二,但陝南、陝北地區,則佔全年任務的百分之六十以上,任務還很艱巨。因此,必須抓緊徵收,才能保證全年農業稅任務如數完成。爲此,特作如下指示:
