目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合洛丁新治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法将50例高血压患者随机分为对照组24例与治疗组26例。两组患者均给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用洛丁新(盐酸贝那普利)片,10mg/d,7d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动态血压监测治疗组下降率为95.5%,对照组为69%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组用药后14d收缩压和舒张压较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合洛丁新治疗老年高血压其疗效显著且安全,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with lodindin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Fifty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group (24 cases) and treatment group (26 cases). Two groups of patients were given levamlodipine besylate treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the addition of Luodingxin (benazepril hydrochloride tablets), 10mg / d, 7d for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The decrease rate of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring group was 95.5% and that of control group was 69%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group 14 d after treatment decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with lodindin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension have obvious and safe curative effect and few adverse reactions.
