目的:分析幼儿园水痘暴发疫情的流行病学特征、暴发原因,为控制疫情蔓延提供依据。方法:对幼儿园暴发水痘进行流行病学调查分析,并对疫情暴发原因进行流行病学分析,采取针对性的防控措施控制疫情。结果:发生水痘病例11例,罹患率为1.79%,由于病例隔离不及时导致疫情暴发,采取隔离治疗病人、通风消毒、预防接种、健康教育等措施后,疫情得到控制。
Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of outbreaks of chickenpox and the causes of the outbreak in kindergarten, so as to provide the basis for controlling the spread of the epidemic. Methods: Epidemiological investigation of kindergarten outbreak of chickenpox, epidemiological analysis of the causes of outbreaks, take targeted prevention and control measures to control the outbreak. Results: In the 11 cases of chickenpox cases, the attack rate was 1.79%. The outbreaks were controlled after isolation of patients, ventilation and disinfection, vaccination, health education and other measures were not taken in time.
