针对高职教育的特殊性,分析了学生会干部的素质现状与特点,研究并提出了加强学生会干部队伍建设,提高学生会干部综合素质的对策。
In view of the particularity of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of student union cadres’ qualities, and studies and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the building of student union cadres and improve the overall quality of student union cadres.
