单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(Herpes simplexcephalitis,HSE)CT和MRI诊断率较低,易误诊为脑瘤等其它疾病。本文总结我院经临床证实的HSE12例,旨在提高对本病的诊断水平。1 材料和方法1.1 本组12例HSE患者中,男性5例,女性7例,年龄11～43岁,平均为26岁。呈急性发病10例,亚急性发病的2例;本组中有1例发病前1周有献血史,另2例产后12～20余天后发病,有2例发病前
Herpes simplexcephalitis (HSE) CT and MRI diagnosis rate is low, easily misdiagnosed as brain tumor and other diseases. This article summarizes our hospital clinically confirmed 12 cases of HSE, designed to improve the diagnosis of the disease. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The group of 12 patients with HSE, 5 males and 7 females, aged 11 to 43 years, with an average of 26 years. Acute onset in 10 cases, 2 cases of subacute disease; 1 case of this group had a week before the onset of blood donation, and the other 2 cases postpartum 12 to 20 days after onset, and 2 cases before onset
