随着社会的发展进步,酒店业越来越成为市场经济条件下的热门行业,社会对酒店管理专业人才的需求越来越多。既然是热门专业,竞争就会越来越激烈,对人才的要求也会越来越高。酒店管理专业人才除了要求具有较高的专业技能之外,职业道德也越来越受到重视与关注。培养学生的职业道德就成为培养酒店管理专业的教育工作者的重要研究课题。如何培养学生的职业道德,通过什么途径更为有效,是从事酒店管理专业教育工作者的必修课。本文试从养成教育、诚信教育、团体协作精神教育、文明礼仪教育等方面进行研究与探讨。
With the development of society, the hotel industry has become a hot industry in the market economy. More and more people are in need of hotel management professionals. Since it is a hot professional, competition will be more intense, the requirements of personnel will be higher and higher. Hotel management professionals in addition to demanding higher professional skills, more and more attention to professional ethics. To cultivate students’ professional ethics has become an important research topic in educating hotel management majors. How to cultivate students’ professional ethics is more effective through what means. It is a compulsory course for educators specializing in hotel management. This article tries to study and discuss from the aspects of developing education, honesty education, group spirit of cooperation education and civilized etiquette education.
