师徒结对是幼儿园普遍实行的一种促进新教师专业成长的模式。该模式对于新手教师尽快适应专业生活,获得专业成长有很大的促进作用。传统的师徒结对方式往往重视师傅对徒弟的引导作用,忽视徒弟的创新性,缺乏双向获取。笔者认为师徒结对作为一种传统的培养新教师专业成长的模式,其研究关注点已不仅仅涉及新手教师,还关注到了老教师在带教过程中的发展变化,通过“老带新、新促老”的形式实现新老教师的共同成长。
Teacher-student matching is a common practice in kindergarten to promote the professional growth of new teachers model. The model for novice teachers as soon as possible to adapt to professional life, access to professional growth has a significant role in promoting. Traditional mentoring methods tend to attach importance to the guidance of the master apprentice, ignoring the innovative nature of apprenticeship, the lack of two-way access. As a traditional model of cultivating new teachers’ professionalism, the author thinks that the focus of research has not only involved novice teachers, but also paid attention to the development and changes of the old teachers in the process of teaching. Through “old and new, New promotion of old age ”to achieve the common development of new and old teachers.
