目的探讨HSP27mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用组织原位杂交技术检测36例食管癌组织,癌旁组织和正常组织中HSP27mRNA的表达。结果Hsp27mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的染色主要定位于胞浆,呈灶性或弥漫性分布,而在切缘正常粘膜中,呈点状或灶性分布;食管鳞癌组织和癌旁组织的HSP27mRNA表达差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),二者与正常食管粘膜相比,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.005,P<0.005)。结论食管鳞癌组织和癌旁组织中HSP27mRNA的表达水平与正常食管粘膜相比均明显升高,提示HSP27mRNA在食管鳞癌中高表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of HSP27 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Tissue in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of HSP27mRNA in 36 cases of esophageal cancer, paracancerous tissues and normal tissues. Results The staining of Hsp27 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma mainly localized in the cytoplasm with focal or diffuse distribution, but in the normal marginal mucosa, there was a dot or focal distribution. The expression of HSP27 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues There was no significant difference in expression between the two groups (P> 0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.005, P <0.005). Conclusion The expression of HSP27mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues is significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa, which indicates that HSP27mRNA is overexpressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
