为探讨多潜能分化癌(MPDC)的超微病理学特征及其给织发生,运用透射电镜对人体组织发生的12例MPDC进行了超微结构研究。结果显示MPDC具有向腺、鳞或/及神经内分泌多向组织分化的超微结构特征。提示MPDC很可能起源于原始多能干细胞,具有双向或三向分化的异质性。电镜观察优于光镜,对MPDC具有诊断意义。
In order to investigate the ultrastructural features of pluripotent differentiated carcinoma (MPDC) and its occurrence of weave, ultrastructural studies of 12 MPDCs in human tissue were performed using transmission electron microscopy. The results show that MPDCs have ultrastructural features that differentiate into glands, squamous or/and neuroendocrine polydirectional tissues. It is suggested that MPDC may originate from primitive pluripotent stem cells with bidirectional or three-way differentiation heterogeneity. Electron microscopy is superior to light microscopy and has diagnostic significance for MPDC.
