按照中医活血化瘀,西医扩冠及纠正血酯代谢障碍的中西医结合治疗原则,我院于1976年配制成“冠通四号”用于临床治疗冠心病,效果较好. 共系统观察了40名病人,男26名,女14名,40～59岁占35名. 病人都在门诊观察治疗,每日服药三次,每次一丸.三个月为一疗程.在用本药治疗期间,停服其它扩冠降酯等药物. 结果:心绞痛缓解显效者30例,改善者10例;心电图明显改善者18例,改善12例,无效
