本文对各型氟骨症长骨皮质指数做了五个部位的测量,并进行了比较。结果表明各测量部位的皮质指数均值以 CIU、CIF 较大,CIR、CID 居中,CIM 均值最小。氟骨症皮质指数以硬化型最大,疏松型最小,顺序为硬化型>早期改变>混合型>疏松型。疏松型与其它各型氟骨症的各部位皮质指数相比均有显著差异。同时分析了各型氟骨症的骨量变化程度及规律,认为长骨皮质指数测量可作为氟骨症的 X 线诊断、分型依据和防治中疗效评价的指标。
This article made a long bone cortical index of various types of skeletal fluorosis made five parts of the measurement, and compared. The results showed that the cortical index of each measurement site with CIU, CIF larger, CIR, CID center, CIM mean minimum. The skeletal index of scleroderma was highest in sclerosis and the smallest in osteoporosis, with the order of sclerotic> early change> mixed> loose. Loose type and other types of skeletal index of various parts of skeletal index were significantly different. At the same time, we analyzed the degree and regularity of bone mass changes of various types of skeletal fluorosis, and considered that the measurement of long bone cortical index can be used as an index to diagnose and classify skeletal fluorosis according to the efficacy evaluation of prevention and treatment.
