氧化铝是难分解的样品。目前工业分析均采用碳酸钠—硼酸高温熔样,不能做多种杂质的系统测定。在增压下用酸分解氧化铝虽有报导,但用酸量大,分解时间长,分解的样品量少,难以在工业分析中应用。针对这些问题,我们做了增压封闭溶样的试验:采用正交试验设计法,从坩埚内径、坩埚容积、硫酸浓度、硫酸体积及其交互作用对溶样的影响中选出理想的坩埚尺寸及最优的溶样条件。按本法制备一份试液就可完成电解用氧化铝中Si、Fe、K、Na四个项目的测
