随着经济的持续发展,城镇化水平的不断提升,交通拥堵问题开始在我国不同规模的城市中蔓延,制约着城市的发展和居民生活水平的提高。本文尝试从协同治理理论的角度出发,结合南宁市交通拥堵问题,就如何整合公共管理部门、社会组织、公众的力量治理城市交通拥堵的问题进行探讨。
With the sustainable development of economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the problem of traffic congestion begins to spread in cities of different sizes in our country, which restricts the development of cities and the improvement of living standards of residents. This article attempts to discuss the problem of how to integrate the power of public management, social organizations and the public to control urban traffic congestion from the perspective of collaborative governance theory and the traffic congestion problem of Nanning.
