从信用资本的视角分析了企业社会责任国际SA8000导入标准企业的机理,并对其不同情况下的作用机理进行了讨论,并得出以下结论:现代企业所拥有的生产要素不仅包括传统的经济资本(如劳动、技术和资金等),而且还应包括社会信用资本。SA8000的出台标志着人类社会从强调物本、资本的作用转到了强调以人为本、以社会责任为己任的轨道上来。SA8000的导入是现代企业的理性选择,其导入的效应取决于导入后所具有的规模性和外部性的具体特征。
From the perspective of credit capital, this paper analyzes the mechanism of CSR SA8000 introduction to standard enterprises and discusses the mechanism under different circumstances. The conclusions are drawn as follows: The factors of production owned by modern enterprises include not only the traditional economic capital (Such as labor, technology and funding, etc.), but should also include social credit capital. The promulgation of the SA8000 marked the shift of human society from emphasizing the material and capital functions to emphasizing people-oriented and social responsibility as the responsibility. The introduction of SA8000 is the rational choice of modern enterprises. The effect of its introduction depends on the specific characteristics of the scale and externalities after the import.
