中关村科技园区德胜科技园座落在北京市西城区,是中关村科技园区的重要组成部分,2001年6月经国家科技部批准成立,2002年5月24日正式开园。德胜科技园完全享受中关村科技园区的土地、税收等各项优惠政策。德胜科技园规划区面积约6平方公里,分东、西两区:政策区面积约为2.9平方公里。德胜科技园是北京市西城区“十五”期间重点建设开发的六个功能街区
Zhongshengcun Science and Technology Park Desheng Science Park is located in Xicheng District, Beijing and is an important part of Zhongguancun Science Park. It was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in June 2001 and officially opened on May 24, 2002. Desheng Technology Park fully enjoys preferential policies such as land and taxation in the Zhongguancun Science Park. The Desheng Technology Park planning area covers an area of about 6 square kilometers and is divided into two districts, East and West: the policy area is approximately 2.9 square kilometers.
