东北三省煤矿于1979年9月上旬在抚顺矿务局召开第四次工业眼外伤防治经验交流会。全国眼外伤与职业性眼病研究协作组负责人河南医学院张效房教授、沈阳中国医科大学徐振寰教授、庞纯玉主任、吉林省人民医院眼科刘景奎主任等应邀参加并作了学术报告。山西省八个矿务局,河北省峰峰矿务局、大庆、唐山、沈阳、鞍钢、本钢、大连、辽化等兄弟单位参加了会议并作了经验介绍。会议共收到论文六十四篇,其中工业眼外伤防治三十二篇,眼外伤临床经验十篇,病例报告七篇,技术革新报告一篇,其他方面经验介绍十四篇。通过交流和讨论,达到了互相学习的目的,对提高眼外伤防
The coal mines in the three northeastern provinces held the fourth exchange of experiences on the prevention and treatment of industrial eye injuries at the Fushun Mining Bureau in early September 1979. National Eye Injury and Occupational Eye Disease Research Collaborators Zhang Hongfang, Henan Medical College, Professor Xu Zhenhuan, Shenyang China Medical University, director of Pang Chun-yu, director of Jilin Province People’s Hospital ophthalmology Liu Jingkui were invited to attend and made an academic report. Eight mining bureau in Shanxi Province, Hebei Fengfeng Mining Bureau, Daqing, Tangshan, Shenyang, Anshan Iron and Steel, Benxi Iron and Steel, Dalian, Liaoning and other fraternal units attended the meeting and made an experience introduction. The conference received a total of 64 papers, of which industrial eye injury prevention and control of 32 articles, eye trauma clinical experience of ten articles, seven case reports, a report of technological innovation, other aspects of experience introduced fourteen.
