负责管理英国国家管道储运系统(GPSS)的石油管道公司(OPA)对其管网SCADA系统进行更新改造,以达到4个目的,即(1)用新系统替代现有的SCADA系统来控制GPSS管道。(2)增加SCADA外围设备,包括所有目前尚不使用的就地仪表。(3)为SCADA系统提供最现代化的特种管道应用软件以减少控制中心人为因素干扰。(4)对SCADA系统平台使用工业标准的主机和硬件设备以备将来升级换代。介绍了SCADA系统的硬件、系统配置、输入输出及通信和专用软件。
The Petroleum Pipeline Company (OPA) responsible for managing the UK’s National Pipeline Storage and Transportation System (GPSS) has been revamping its network of SCADA systems for four purposes: (1) replacing existing SCADA systems with new ones to control GPSS pipeline. (2) Add SCADA peripheral devices, including all in-situ instruments that are not currently used. (3) SCADA system to provide the most modern special pipe applications to reduce control center human factors interference. (4) Use of industry standard host and hardware devices for SCADA system platforms for future upgrades. Introduced SCADA system hardware, system configuration, input and output and communication and special software.
