患者张××,34岁,病例号145908。患者曾于1982年2月,足月分娩。产时会阴Ⅱ度裂伤,胎盘粘连,人工剥离取出胎盘后修补会阴,一期愈合出院。半年后阴道口处有一肿物。伴有经期胀痛,经后消失。但肿物呈紫黑色逐渐长大,于1983年4月15日入院。检查:体温,脉搏,血压,心肺均正常,肤平软,肝脾未触及。妇科检查,外朋经产型,阴道后联合处有一直径2厘米呈紫黑色囊性无触痛的肿物。阴道畅道,宫颈光滑,子宫及双侧附件正常。临床印象:阴道后联合处子宫内膜异位症。处理:外阴、阴道用1:1000新洁尔
