TDK has developed a 06505-size laminated low-pass filter that supports LTE and next-generation high-speed wireless communication systems in mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet terminals. Production volume has been on stream since January 2015. As mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet devices have become smaller and lighter in weight and high-speed and high-frequency, electronic components mounted on the devices have to meet high performance, small size, thinness and light weight. Low-pass filter is to allow the signal below the cut-off frequency to filter out the required electrical signals
