目的:研究灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的水溶性化学成分。方法:采用多种层析分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬干燥花蕾的水提物中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:反式-芳樟醇-3,7-氧化物-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、secologanoside(2)、secoxyloganin(3)、绿原酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、蔗糖(6)。结论:化合物1为首次以单体化合物形式从自然界中分离得到,化合物2、3为从该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective: To study the water-soluble chemical constituents of honeysuckle buds. Methods: A variety of chromatographic separation techniques were used for the isolation and purification, and their structures were identified based on physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the aqueous extracts of the dried flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides, identified as trans-linalool-3,7-oxide-6-O-β-D-glucoside 1), secologanoside (2), secoxyloganin (3), chlorogenic acid (4), caffeic acid (5) and sucrose (6). Conclusion: Compound 1 was isolated from nature as a monomer compound for the first time. Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
