组织与环境的关系向来都是组织理论者们分析的焦点。本文在开放视角的分析范式下,指出环境在组织研究中地位的演进经历了四个阶段:将组织视为一个封闭的系统,无视环境的存在阶段;将环境纳入研究视线,但把环境视为制约因素,环境在与组织的关系中处于主体地位阶段;将环境视为一种有利因素,组织在与环境的关系中是主动的、理性的,提出组织对环境的塑造和驾驭阶段;全面关注组织与环境的互动,并更多地从合作的角度来看待环境,强调组织与环境的互相渗透,组织与环境的界限的模糊性。
The relationship between the organization and the environment has always been the focus of analysis by organizational theorists.
