在素质教育的浪潮中,中国的教学由应试教育慢慢革新,教育也在进一步的发展,在经过几年的教学实践中,深刻的认识到“教师只是教学活动的组织者、引导者,是学生知识的启发和引路人,学生才是学习的主人”。而学生好学不如爱学,因而,在教学时,我更加重视学生的学习气氛和对学生兴趣的培养,因为只有适宜的学习氛围才能使学生情绪高昂,智力活动呈最佳状态;
