随着生态的保护和建设,生态型技术在水处理领域不断推广和应用,笔者随同市政府有关部门专题考察了复旦大学水务公司生态型污水处理技术示范基地——上海奉贤污水处理厂。奉贤区紧傍杭州湾,是上海市新兴的城市化和工业发展基地,已形成中心城市10万人口规模和逐步发展的化工及商贸区。规划拟建10万m3/d的区域污水治理系统,通过收集系统与23km的输送管网到杭州湾近岸,利用丰厚的土地资源采取生态型湿地污水处理技术,已经投运1万m3/d和正扩建3万m3/d 规模的污水处理厂。实地考察表明,系统的近期运行状况稳定良好,出水达标,采用生态和生物技术促进污水处理的技术和经济优化的前景非常广阔,值得慈溪市正在开展的区域水环境综合治理借鉴和探索。

The field investigation shows that the recent operation of the system is stable, the effluent quality is up to standard, the technical and economic optimization of using ecological and biological technologies to promote sewage treatment is very promising, and it is worth drawing lessons from the ongoing comprehensive management of regional water environment in Cixi City.
