本文对生物药剂学试验中肾清除率测定的方法进行了研究。采用定型法与非定型法测定家兔对磺胺嘧啶(SD)的肾清除率,并以定型法探讨SD 肾清除率与体液的pH 之间的关系。研究中我们将文献介绍的推注装置改为滴注装置,保证药液恒速注入静脉.结果表明,定型法与非定型法测定结果相近;尿液pH 为6.0,7.5,8.5时,SD 肾清除率分别为0.243,1.12,2.30,肾清除率与尿液pH 之间有较好的相关关系。
In this paper, the method of determination of renal clearance in biopharmaceutical tests was studied. The renal clearance rate of sulfadiazine (SD) in rabbits was determined by stereotyping method and non-stereotyping method. The relationship between SD renal clearance rate and body fluid pH was discussed by stereotype method. In the study, we changed the bolus device introduced in the literature into a drip device to ensure constant liquid injection into the vein.The results showed that the determination results were similar to those of the non-stereotyped method. When the urine pH was 6.0, 7.5 and 8.5, Clearance rates were 0.243,1.12,2.30, renal clearance and urine pH have a good correlation between.
