本文对现阶段金融机构人力资源管理工作中存在的问题进行了简单的分析,针对金融机构加强人力资源管理工作的策略进行了深入的研究,结合本次研究,提出了一些建议看法,希望对金融机构人力资源管理工作起到一定的帮助,促进金融机构的发展。
In this paper, the existing problems of human resource management in financial institutions are briefly analyzed, and the strategies of financial institutions to strengthen human resources management are studied in depth.
