本文阐述了农村居住区的现状,提出了新农村居住区的设计策略,指出了新农村居住区设计应重点考虑的问题。认为,新农村居住区的设计应统一规划,形成整体风貌;要利用本地野生植物营造新农村特色景观;景观小品的设计要与乡村生活相结合;小区道路的设计需体现田园风情;因地制宜,结合当地独特的地形、地貌搞好设计。同时,在设计中要以人为本,融入环保理念,平衡考虑便民和节约土地资源,注重乡村文化的展现和传承,进行居民楼的结构创新。
This article expounds the status quo of rural residential areas, puts forward the design strategies of residential areas in new rural areas, and points out the key issues to be considered in the design of residential areas in new rural areas.
