在对芥蓝C100-12×甘蓝秋50-Y7杂交组合构建F2作图群体进行RAPD检测的基础上,分别对4个O12,R13,Q14,P17进行了延长1个碱基的研究,其中O12和P17能将部分特异RAPD标记转化为稳定性更强的ER-PAD标记,但对R13和Q14随机引物未找到相应的ERPAD标记。
On the basis of RAPD analysis of F2 mapping population constructed from Chinese kale C 100-12 × cabbage autumn 50-Y 7 crosses, four O12, R13, Q14 and P17 were extended by one base, respectively. Among them, O12 And P17 could transform some specific RAPD markers into more stable ER-PAD markers, but no corresponding ERPAD markers were found for R13 and Q14 random primers.
