解决住房难新看点——来自湖北省城镇居民住房保障工作会议上的讯息

住房保障是政府的职责,必须由政府来主导,但不排斥市场配置资源的作用。各级政府要切实把城镇居民住房保障工作,列入政府的重要议事日程,实行市(州、县)长负责制。

Housing security is the responsibility of the government and must be led by the government, but it does not exclude the role of the market in allocating resources. Governments at all levels should conscientiously incorporate the housing security work for urban residents into the important agenda of the government and implement the responsible system of the city (prefecture and county).
