山西资本市场发展的滞后,已影响到山西资源型经济转型目标的实现,在当前互联网金融蓬勃发展的背景下,山西应着力于建设“互联网+资本市场”体系,实现山西资本市场在互联网金融时代的全新发展,根据国内互联网与资本市场对接的模式,从山西实际情况出发,应以众筹为主,同时以P2P网贷平台、大数据金融、互联网金融理财产品为辅,奠定山西互联网对接资本市场的基础。
