本文简要叙述了杭钢竖炉球团工艺流程,十余年的生产实践证明流程是成熟的.指出精矿粉脱掉多余的水分是造球的关键.杭钢原料性能不佳,然而膨润土起了一定的作用.本文也阐明了竖炉焙烧情况和产品性能,同时在叙述到各个环节时都简单地提出了强化竖炉生产的措施.今后测定球团高温性能时,要模拟高炉内部状况并且以改善球团高温性能作为杭钢球团生产的重要课题.
