89～91年本站生产狂犬病疫苗63批,其中60批产品达到中国生物制品规程要求,合格率为95.24％,有33批疫苗效力≥2.5IU/支占52.38％。用自产疫苗进行免疫后抗体检测其抗体阳转率达84.35％,并对90和91年我省狂犬病发病率下降进行了讨论。
From 1993 to 2009, 63 batches of rabies vaccine were produced, of which 60 batches of products reached the requirements of China’s biological products. The pass rate was 95.24%, and the efficacy of 33 batches of vaccine was ≥2.5 IU / accounting for 52.38%. After immunization with self-produced vaccine, the antibody positive rate of antibody detection reached 84.35%, and the incidence of rabies in our province in 90 and 91 years was discussed.
