一、引言镀层的粘附性是评价镀锌板质量的一项重要指标。因而对合金层结构以及影响它的因素进行深入的研究是十分必要的。研究镀锌板合金层的传统方法是金相法,但是金相显微镜限于放大倍数以及制样比较困难,要对合金层进行深入的研究有一定的局限性。自扫描电镜问世以来,以放大倍数高、景深大、制样简便等特点,得到了越来越广泛的应用,同时也成为镀锌板研究
