《出生医学证明》是中华人民共和国境内出生的新生儿的法定医学证明。随着政策制度的逐步完善,管理机制的逐步健全,武进区《出生医学证明》管理工作日益规范。该文旨在介绍武进区近年《出生医学证明》管理基本情况,分析管理中存在的问题,并根据实际提出适合本地区的探索性建议,从而使《出生医学证明》管理工作更趋规范、更加便民。
Birth Medical Certificate is a statutory medical certificate of a newborn child born in the People’s Republic of China. With the gradual improvement of the policy system and the gradual improvement of the management mechanism, the management of “Birth Medical Certificate” in Wujin District has been increasingly standardized. This paper aims to introduce the basic situation of “medical certificate of birth” in Wujin District in recent years, analyze the problems in management and put forward some tentative suggestions which are suitable for the region according to the actual situation so as to make the management of “medical certificate of birth” more standardized and more Convenient people.
