Pam Marrone founded Marrone Bio Innovations, a biopesticide company, in 2006 as president. Prior to this, she founded AgraQuest, another biopesticide company and is now acquired by Bayer. During her tenure at AgraQuest, she led her team to discover and commercialize a range of natural Bacillus biopesticides and received the 2003 Presidential Green Chemistry Small Business Award. Pam is also a member of the American Society of Integrated Pest Management for Applied Ecologists, Advisory Board of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Cornell University, USA
