一、前言地震造成人身伤亡和经济损失的主要原因来自房屋倒塌。我国历史上发生过多次大地震,人民生命财产蒙受了惊人的损失,如1556年关中大地震;1920年海源大地震;1976年唐山大地震;都是由于房屋倒塌所致。所以提高建筑物的抗震能力是减轻地震灾害的重要措施。抗震设计规范是保障建筑物抗震能力的技术法规。所以一部好的抗震规范对减轻地震灾害起着重要作用。我国现行的抗震设计规范《TJ11-78》的修订工作从1982年开始到现在已经四年有半了,目前已基本完成。新的修订稿在地震荷载计算方法上、设计思想上
I. Introduction The main cause of personal injury and economic loss caused by the earthquake came from the collapse of the house. There have been many major earthquakes in the history of our country, and people’s lives and properties have suffered astounding losses, such as the Great Guanzhong Earthquake in 1556; the Haiyuan earthquake in 1920; the Tangshan earthquake in 1976; all due to the collapse of houses. Therefore, improving the earthquake resistance of buildings is an important measure to reduce earthquake disasters. Seismic design specifications are technical regulations that guarantee the earthquake resistance of buildings. Therefore, a good seismic code plays an important role in reducing earthquake disasters. The revision work of China’s current seismic design specification “TJ11-78” has been halfway through four years from 1982 to now, and it has basically been completed. The new revised manuscript is based on the calculation method and design concept of seismic load.
