解决失地农民养老保险问题事关失地农民切身利益,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中之意。本文通过对吉林省部分失地农民的特点及其养老保险现状分析,认为失地农民的养老保险问题会越来越突出。笔者认为,应从完善现有的土地征用补偿制度、保障失地农民基本生活需求、完善就业保障机制方面来有效解决吉林省失地农民养老保险问题。
To solve the problem of endowment insurance for land-lost peasants, which is related to the vital interests of peasants who lost their land, is also the subject of building a socialist harmonious society. By analyzing the characteristics of some land-lost peasants in Jilin Province and the status quo of their pension insurance, this paper argues that the problem of endowment insurance for landless peasants will become more and more prominent. In my opinion, we should effectively solve the problem of endowment insurance for landless peasants in Jilin Province in terms of perfecting the existing compensation system for land acquisition, ensuring the basic living needs of landless peasants, and improving the employment guarantee mechanism.
