本刊讯(特派记者马斌)国际电联2015年无线电通信全会(RA-15)于当地时间10月26日在瑞士日内瓦开幕。国际电联秘书长赵厚麟及无线电通信局主任弗朗索瓦·朗西、电信发展局主任布哈伊马·萨努等出席了大会开幕式。来自国际电联各成员国无线电主管部门、各区域性国际电信组织以及国际电联无线电通信部门的共计700多名代表参加了本次无线电通信全会。我国派出了由31人组成的代表团参加会议。我国代表团团长由工业和信息化部无线电管理局局长谢
Benjxun (Special correspondent Ma Bin) The 2015 ITU Radiocommunication Assembly (RA-15) was opened in Geneva, Switzerland, on October 26, local time. Houlin Zhao, ITU Secretary-General, and François Rancy, Director of the Radiocommunication Bureau, Buhaima Sanou, Director of the Telecommunication Development Bureau, attended the opening ceremony of the conference. A total of more than 700 delegates from the radio administrations of Member States of ITU, the regional international telecommunication organizations and the ITU Radiocommunication Sector participated in this Radiocommunication Assembly.
