微量元素是植物生命活动中不可缺少的营养成份。在农业生产实践中,微量元素的应用技术越来越多地被人们所重视。近年来,农业科技工作者,根据各种作物的生长发育特性,配制成由多种微量元素组成的专一性的叶面营养液,如苹果素、茶叶素、西瓜素等,经应用取得了很好的效果,有的已大面积推广。本试验为了进一步证明烟草素专用叶面营养液的作用,对其主要成分之一的锌元素进行示踪研究。通过~(65)Zn在烟草植株中的吸收,运转、分配动态,以说明烟草素的喷施效果,为大面积应用推广烟草素技术提供科学依据。材料与方法供试材料中国G80烟草品种,在盆栽条件下正常生长至10~12张叶片时,取生长一致的烟草
