使用顶空气相色谱联用仪(HS-GC),建立了汽车用聚氨酯胶粘剂中苯系物的检测方法。对顶空平衡时间、顶空平衡温度、色谱参数进行了优化。样品在120℃下平衡60 min后,通过HP-5色谱柱分离,使用FID检测器进行检测,可获得良好的分离效果和定量结果。不同苯系物在0.01~10μg内均有良好的线性关系(r~2>0.999)。方法的定量限为0.01μg/g,加标回收率为86.0%~100.3%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.1%。该方法操作方便、准确灵敏,适用于汽车用聚氨酯胶粘剂中苯系物的检测。
Using the headspace gas chromatograph (HS-GC), a method for the determination of benzene series compounds in automotive polyurethane adhesives was established. The headspace equilibrium time, headspace equilibrium temperature and chromatography parameters were optimized. The sample was equilibrated at 120 ° C for 60 min, separated by a HP-5 column and detected with a FID detector to obtain good separation and quantification results. Different benzene series in 0.01 ~ 10μg have a good linear relationship (r ~ 2> 0.999). The limit of quantification was 0.01 μg / g, the recoveries were 86.0% -100.3% and the relative standard deviations were 0.9% -4.1%. The method is convenient, accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the detection of benzene series compounds in automotive polyurethane adhesives.
