农村“三个代表”重要思想学习教育活动结束之后,农民担心“让干部经常受教育、使农民长期得实惠”的制度难以持久。为了巩固学教成果,建立健全农村基层党组织建设常抓不懈的工作机制,一年多来,我们围绕这一问题,边实践,边总结,在全市逐步建立了“两定、一查、三评”制度。
