目的 :探讨肝素对人工晶体植入术后晶体表面色素沉着及后发障抑制效果。方法 :手术过程于灌注液中加入 5 0 u·ml- 1 (0 .4mg· ml- 1 )的肝素 ,共 76例 ,并随机选择普通人工晶体植入术 15 2例 ,手术后 1、 3、 7天观察晶体表面色素情况、测眼内压。并于半年至 2年后观察后囊混浊情况。结果 :应用肝素组术后人工晶体表面色素沉着较对照组明显减轻 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,后发障发生率低(P<0 .0 5 ) ,糖尿病性白内障、虹膜炎并发白内障 (外伤性白内障 )效果更显著。对角膜水肿程度及眼内压无影响。结论 :肝素能明显抑制人工晶体植入术后晶体色素沉着及后发障。可于手术中加入灌注液中应用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of heparin on the surface hyperpigmentation and posterior hair growth after intraocular lens implantation. Methods: During the operation, heparin was added into the perfusate at a volume of 50 u · ml-1 (0.4 mg · ml-1), 76 patients were randomly selected. Conventional intraocular lens implantation was performed in 15 2 cases. After operation, 1, 3 7 days observation of the crystal surface pigment situation, measured intraocular pressure. And in six months to 2 years after observation of posterior capsule opacity. Results: Compared with the control group, the surface hypopigmentation of the intraocular lens in heparin group was significantly reduced (P <0.05), the incidence of post-ocular obstruction was lower (P <0.05), diabetic cataract and iritis complicated with cataract Traumatic cataract) effect is more pronounced. Corneal edema and intraocular pressure had no effect. Conclusion: Heparin can significantly inhibit the crystal pigmentation and posterior obstacle after intraocular lens implantation. In surgery can be added perfusion fluid applications
