DXZS-2型流量积算指示仪与椭圆齿轮流量计配套使用,可以实现流量的运传和控制,是目前用得最普遍的一种。该表出厂前均进行过严格的精确度校验与考核,在符合技术条件下使用,半年左右要对基本误差进行一次校准。本文从此出发对DXZS-2型流量积算指示仪的误差产生原因进行分析。一、仪表工作原理由图1可知,安装在椭圆齿轮流量计表头上的无触点发讯器,随着流体介质在椭圆齿轮表中流过发出与其体积成正比的脉冲信号,该信号以二线制的传递方式输入DXZS-2型流量积算指示仪,经该表的滤波整形电路分别送到分频回路和f/1转换电路;分频回路根据不同口径的流量计输入进来的脉冲信号进行对应的分频,然后推动驱动线路驱动电磁计数器计数;f/1转换回路则是整形后的脉冲经过一级跟随后进行微分
