移植肾输尿管尿瘘是肾移植术后患者严重的尿路并发症之一,患者如果不能得到及时有效地诊断治疗可造成局部甚至全身感染、移植肾功能受损,甚至危及患者生命。如果在疾病发生的早期,经彩超、CTU等相关检查能及时确诊,并经有效的处理,患者能得到很好的康复。现结合笔者所在医院2008-08以来出现的6例肾移植患者在肾移植术后发生移植肾输尿管尿瘘,探讨该病患者的诊断、治疗及相关预防措
Transplanted renal ureteric fistula is one of the serious complications of urinary tract in patients after renal transplantation. If the patient can not get timely and effective diagnosis and treatment can cause local or even systemic infection, impaired renal function, and even endanger the patient’s life. If early in the disease, the ultrasound, CTU and other related tests can be promptly diagnosed, and effective treatment, patients can get a good recovery.
