在刚刚过去的里约奥运会上,中国竞走项目获得了两金一银一铜,再创历史最佳成绩。其中,仅外教组就获得了两金一银的优异成绩。一时间,业界出现了大量分析研究外教训练方法、训练理论的文章。我们聘请的外教确实水平高、有办法,成绩突出,但很多文章并不能准确地把握他训练的关键点。其中一些文章的作者甚至仅仅用外教讲课时使用的一两个数据就大谈外教高深的训练理论,神乎其神,未免缺乏事实根据,也会误导我们实际的训练工作。应当引起重视。
