现代医学已经从纯生物模式或者“生物+心理”模式走向了“生物+心理+社会”模式,而要补上“社会”这一环,专业社工必不可少.2011年底,作为嘉兴市第一批医务社工部之一嘉兴市中医院杏林医务社工部成立.医务社工旨在为广大患者提供导医咨询、自助服务、心理关爱等服务.经过近两年的发展,目前,杏林医务社工部实施了“糖友乐”健康促进项目等一批富有实效的专业社工服务项目,在医院“有事找社工”也已经成为了越来越多患者的共识。舶来的医务社工如何实现本土化?内嵌于医疗系统之中的专业社工机构如何改善患者的医疗体验?杏林医务社工部正努力探索走出一条医务社工的本土化发展之路。
