目的:探讨功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术(FESS)术后黏膜的转归过程及其预防和处理。方法:分析68例FESS患者的临床资料。结果:本组病例粘连的发生率为10%,90%的术腔在1~2周清洁。结论:了解各时期黏膜转归的特点,正确处理中鼻甲及填塞材料的选择,术后按时随访和及时解除粘连是减少粘连发生的关键。
Objective: To investigate the prognosis of mucosa after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and its prevention and treatment. Methods: Clinical data of 68 patients with FESS were analyzed. Results: The incidence of adhesions in this group was 10%, and 90% of the surgical cavity was clean in 1 ~ 2 weeks. CONCLUSION: Understanding the characteristics of mucosal outcome in different periods, correctly handling the selection of middle turbinate and stuffing materials, and timely follow-up and timely debridement are the keys to reduce the occurrence of adhesions.
