应该让代表不同利益诉求的意见通过理性的博弈进行互动,促使决策尽可能符合社会的长远利益房地产调控新政取得了一定的成效,但也出现一些尚有争议的问题,需要注意。第一,从调控运行来看,要防止单纯求快的倾向。
We should let opinions representing different interests appeals interact through rational game to promote decision-making as long as possible in line with the long-term interests of the community. Some achievements have been made in the real estate regulation and control. However, there are still some controversial issues that need attention. First, from the regulation and control point of view, we must prevent the tendency of simply seeking fastness.
