综述为三次文献,是经过咀嚼,消化大量文献、凝聚其精华写成的,它能够反映该课题的当前水平,质量较高,故一般由专家撰写.但是,基层医生能否得到这种“专利”呢?我看是可以的,问题在于我们在选材、选题上要有所侧重,既能适合我们的写作水平,又能符合期刊杂志的刊用条件,从而充分发挥基层医生撰写综述的主观能动性.
