ＰＳＰ（Ｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ－ｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ）与日本产ＰＳＫ（Ｋｒｅｓｔｉｍ）是相类似的云芝糖肽。本研究证明复方云芝糖肽Ａ和复方云芝糖肽Ｂ均口服２．５ｇ／ｋｇ，连续２８天，对裸鼠人鼻咽癌有明显的抑制作用，其抑制率分别为７７．２％和６３．２％；在抑制肿瘤生长的剂量下未见体重和血液系统方面的变化；放射免疫法测定表明复方云芝糖肽不引起血浆中ｃＧＭＰ水平的改变，但引起血浆中ｃＡＭＰ水平的明显升高，其升高率分别为４２．６％和４９．３％，提示其抗癌机制可能通过环核苷酸而发挥作用。
PSP (Polysaccharide-peptide) is similar to PSK (Krestim) produced in Japan. This study demonstrated that compound Yunzhi glycopeptide A and compound Yunzhi glycopeptide B were all taken orally at 2.5g/kg for 28 consecutive days, and had significant inhibitory effect on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma in nude mice, and the inhibition rates were 77.2% respectively. And 63.2%; no changes in body weight and blood system were observed at doses that inhibited tumor growth; radioimmunoassay showed that compound yunzi glycopeptide did not cause changes in plasma cGMP levels but caused significant changes in plasma cAMP levels. The increase rate was 42.6% and 49.3%, respectively, suggesting that its anticancer mechanism may play a role through cyclic nucleotides.
